1. What is your shipping policy?

2. How long will it take to receive my order?
- United States: 3–7 business days

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
3. How do I start a return?
If you're not 100% happy with your purchase, you can start a return by emailing us at woof@thefluffypaw.com. Please make sure your item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
4. What is your return policy?
- Returns made within 30 days of the ship date will be refunded in full, minus shipping charges.
- Returns made within 31–60 days will receive store credit.
- We cannot accept returns after 60 days.
