If you received the wrong item or it was damaged during shipping, don't worry, we've got you covered! Just send us an email at Info@thefluffypaw.com with a photo of the item you received and your order number, and we'll take care of it for you.

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if it's not working out, no worries! Just send the item(s) back within 14 days of receiving your order to get a refund.

Once we get the package and it is inspected by our team, your refund will be processed and the amount you paid will be automatically credited to your original method of payment, in 2-7 business days. Just remember, the item(s) must be unused and in its original condition.

NOTE: Shipping and transaction fees are non-refundable.
